Six civilians were martyred Friday in a car bomb explosion that took place in Tai quarter in Qamishli city in Hasaka.
A source at the Police Command of the province told SANA that a suicide bomber blew himself up with a car carrying hay in a densely populated area, causing the martyrdom of 6 citizens and the injury of 30 others, most of them are in critical condition.
The source said the injured people were transported to the National Hospital of Qamishli, noting that the terrorist attack caused great material damage to a number of houses, shops, cars and electricity and telephone networks in the site.

3 citizens were killed and 15 others were injured by terrorists mortar shells launched on neighborhoods in Aleppo city.
A source at Aleppo Police Command told SANA that the terrorists’ mortars targeted the neighborhoods of al-Iza’a, al-Jamilyeh and al-Faid.
The source added that the attacks claimed the lives of three citizens and injured 15 others, some of their injuries were critical, noting that the attacks also caused huge material damage to the nearby buildings and vehicles.
Earlier on Wednesday, terrorists targeted with mortar shells the neighborhoods of al-Faid, al-Jamilyeh and the areas of al-Furqan, al-Meridyan and Kul-ab, resulting in the death of 17 citizens and injury of 30 others.
Terrorist attack claims the life of a citizen in Idleb
Meanwhile, a terrorist attack claimed the life of a civilian and injured others, including children, by mortar shells fired on a number of residential neighborhoods in Idleb.
A source at the Police Command told SANA that terrorists fired shells on al-Sheikh Thulth, al-Qusour, teacher housing compounds and the south entrance of Idleb city, causing teh martyrdom of a citizen and the injury of 17 others, including 6 children.
The source pointed out that the terrorist attack caused material damage to the citizens’ houses and cars.
