Syria militants ambushed, many killed in army operations

IDLIB:

Don’t believe the terrorist nonsense about any gains in this province.  It’s just the opposite as more citizens begin to come out and help the army to find and strangle the foreign terrorists.
Kafr Shalaayaa:  A helicopter attack on roving terrorists resulted in 4 confirmed terrorist deaths and an undisclosed number of wounded.

Kafr Najd: terrorists defeated and forced to flee warehouse.  The contents were most useful and included advanced Turkish communication equipment which is enabling our MI to better monitor the terrorists.

Khaan Shaykhoon:  A convoy of terrorist trucks originating in Turkey were vaporized by both aircraft and infantry in a battle that proves that the terrorists never took over this area.  12 vans were destroyed and 4 flatbeds with 23mm cannons were either destroyed or disabled.  The SAA is still assessing the scene.  Cars were also destroyed and contained several foreign terrorist leaders of Nusra and Ahraar Al-Shaam.

Fighting reported all over these areas: Al-Raami, Sirmeen, Binnish, Kafr Roomaa, Qumaynaat Farms, Buroomaa, ‘Ayn Shayb, Bikfaloon Wall, Nakhla Church, Al-‘Aali, Al-Tayyibaat, Hallooz, Jubb Al-Ahmar, Al-Sirmaaniyya, Al-Rooj Plain (all 18 terrorists were Turks and Saudis, 2 pickups with 23mm cannons destroyed), Al-Basheeriyya, Fayloon, Kafr Laataa, Tal –Deeneet Village, Meenaas, Umayniyya in Al-Zaawiya Mountains, Heelaa, Kafr Yaaseen (big terrorist-stats), Kinsafraa, Nahlayyaa.

Ma’arrat-Massreen:  The SAA ambushed foreign leaders of Nusra here and killed them all.  A pickup with a 23mm cannon was disabled and the cannon confiscated for use in killing Wahhabists.  No names available. This was a highly sensitive operation and may have involved capturing Turkish officers.

 HOMS:

Untitled-1

Al-Ghajar: An attempted infiltration coordinated with another in Hawsh Taaleb to enter Al-Wa’ra was a disaster for the terrorists.  3 pickups with 23mm cannons were destroyed in both prongs and Wael reports seeing that 52 terrorists were killed and over 80 taken prisoner in another meltdown for these feckless specimens of Rodenta.  I have no names at this time.

‘Ayn Al-Danaaneer: An attack on guards at a facility was repelled and a reported number of terrorist casualties still not detailed.

Skirmishing in these areas:  Waadi Al-Meera, Zhahrat Ni’ma south of Hasyaa`, Bayt Hajju in Talbeesa, South of Al-Qaryatayn, Nataraat Al-‘Anz Farms, Khirbat Al-Tahtaa southwest of Hasyaa`, Al-Bayaaraat area, Al-‘Aamiriyya, ‘Aqrab, Tal Al-Dahab (pickup with 23mm cannon destroyed), Kafr Laahaa, Keeseen Bay, Burj Qaa’iy, East Salaam, ‘Unq Al-Hawaa (weapons and ammo siezed and 7 terrorists killed).

LATAKIA:

Slinfeh: My wife’s ancestral town.  The SAA killed scores of terrorists trying to escape from their recent debacle at Al-Hiffa which we reported yesterday.  The route the terrorists took indicates they are not from the area.  Many terrorists were killed by villagers with hunting rifles.  According to Wael and our relatives in the area, by the time the terrorists arrived just west of Slinfeh, their numbers had been diminished by 40.  MI is still scouring the countryside, along with NDF, for terrorist carcasses.

Al-Bahlooliyya: SAA encountered and arrested a pack of local terrorists.  No details.

Idlib-Latakia Highway:  Confirmed 10 terrorists killed trying to block the road:
  • Maazen Haydar
  • Muhammad Keekhiyaa
The rest were all foreigners including Libyans and Tunisians.
